Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, explain our residential projects, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, willing to travel for client meetings, and capable of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through natural market, references, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions whenever required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Requirements
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory. English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
