NBD / NBD CRR Executive (Corporate Outreach Executive)Job Purpose
The NBD / NBD CRR Executive is responsible for generating new corporate business opportunities through cold calling, corporate outreach, networking, research, and lead generation activities. The role focuses on identifying potential corporate clients, initiating conversations, generating qualified inquiries, coordinating with prospects, and building a strong pipeline of corporate event opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and speaking skills, confidence in making outbound calls, and the ability to communicate professionally with corporate decision-makers.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Corporate Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new corporate leads through cold calling, online research, references, networking, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain a database of potential corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Identify companies that may require corporate events, conferences, annual functions, product launches, employee engagement events, exhibitions, and experiential events.
- Generate qualified corporate inquiries and hand over relevant opportunities to the Client Servicing / Sales team.
- Continuously build and maintain a strong corporate lead pipeline.
2. Cold Calling & Corporate Outreach
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective corporate clients.
- Introduce Kahani by i2c Events and its event management services professionally.
- Understand the prospect's requirements, event objectives, tentative budget, guest count, and timelines.
- Identify the relevant decision-maker or point of contact within the organization.
- Create interest and convert cold prospects into meaningful business conversations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
3. Corporate Inquiry Generation
- Generate inquiries for corporate events, conferences, annual functions, product launches, dealer meets, employee engagement events, award functions, brand activations, exhibitions, MICE events, and experiential events.
- Capture complete inquiry details and ensure qualified leads are handed over to the relevant team.
4. Prospect Coordination
- Coordinate with prospective clients after initial outreach.
- Understand their event requirements and business needs.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the Client Servicing / Sales team.
- Share company profile, portfolio, and relevant event references when required.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the pre-sales process.
5. Lead Follow-Up & Conversion Support
- Conduct regular follow-ups with active prospects.
- Track responses, requirements, meeting status, and next actions.
- Reconnect with old, inactive, and potential corporate leads.
- Identify opportunities for repeat and annual corporate business.
- Support the team in converting leads into meetings and business opportunities.
6. Corporate Database Management
- Research and maintain an updated database of corporate companies and decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of company name, contact person, designation, contact details, requirements, lead source, follow-up status, meeting status, and opportunity value.
- Keep CRM and lead trackers updated regularly.
7. Market & Company Research
- Research potential corporate clients and industries.
- Identify companies with upcoming events, launches, conferences, celebrations, or employee engagement requirements.
- Identify new channels and opportunities for corporate lead generation.
- Track relevant corporate networking and industry opportunities.
8. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Client Servicing, Sales, Creative, Production, and Operations teams for qualified inquiries.
- Provide complete lead briefs before handing over prospects.
- Ensure all relevant client information is communicated accurately.
- Track the status of handed-over leads.
9. Reporting & Target Achievement
- Maintain daily calling and lead generation reports.
- Track calls made, new leads, qualified leads, inquiries, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Submit regular performance reports to the reporting manager.

Education & ExperienceEducation
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Event Management, Commerce, or any related field.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, Lead Generation, Client Servicing, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking may also apply.

Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Based on experience, communication skills, language proficiency, lead generation capability, and relevant business development experience.
