What will you do?
- Learn and understand the platform’s products, services, and target customers.
- Understand customer needs and map them to suitable solutions.
- Identify and qualify new customers from inbound and outbound lead funnels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Record all customer interactions and relevant details in the CRM system.
- Respond to and engage with inbound and outbound leads and inquiries.
- Execute planned sales activities and maintain a target list of high-potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct effective online demos for prospects.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with strong listening ability and a positive phone presence. Hindi and English are mandatory; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Strong ability to engage and convert potential customers.
- A strategic, research-oriented approach to sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Academic Qualification
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate (including final-year students).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
