Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Bath Fittings & Sanitary Ware
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the Bath Fittings and Sanitary Ware industry. The candidate should have in-depth product knowledge of faucets, sanitary ware, and bathroom solutions, along with strong channel sales experience and market relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
- Drive sales and business development activities across the assigned territory.
- Promote the company's range of faucets, sanitary ware, and bath fitting products.
- Expand the dealer and distributor network and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments, and collections.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Bath Fittings, Faucets, Sanitary Ware, CP Fittings, Tiles, Building Materials, or related industries.
- Strong product knowledge of faucets, sanitary ware, and bathroom solutions is mandatory.
- Established relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and builders in the Chennai market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
- Candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days may also be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
