- Drive the sales budgets and sell thru for the assigned brands
- Provide feedback on product performance of the previous season to the relevant stakeholders
- Adhere to the retail SOPs, retail standards, floor hygiene standards and processes for the store (including omni channel SOPs and processes)
- Implement and maintain the planogram as per the defined guidelines
- Receive, maintain and handover stock as per the defined process
- Take required actions to control shrinkage and damage as per defined norms
- Implement the recommended actions with reference to fast moving and slow moving ranges Adhere to the defined standards of customer service Communicate the marketing promotions as per defined guidelines Share feedback on the marketing promotions for necessary actions Provide support to the floor staff to deliver on the job
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
