IELTS Trainer – Live Virtual Classes

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident IELTS Trainer to conduct live virtual classes from our company studio in Chandigarh.
The trainer will teach students through live online sessions using the studio's camera and smartboard. The ideal candidate should be comfortable teaching on camera, handling groups of 20–30 students, and creating an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live virtual IELTS classes from the company's studio.
- Teach and explain IELTS modules, strategies and exam techniques effectively.
- Handle live batches of 20–30 students.
- Teach using the studio's smartboard/whiteboard and camera.
- Interact with students during the class and address them by name.
- Identify students' weaknesses and provide practical guidance for improving their IELTS scores.
- Answer student questions during the live session while maintaining the flow of the class.
- Keep students engaged and encourage participation throughout the session.
- Follow the company's provided session structure and delivery guidelines.
- Be comfortable with classes being recorded and selected clips being used for marketing/promotional purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of online teaching experience.
- Must have specific experience teaching IELTS.
- Experience handling live online groups of 20+ students.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS modules, exam patterns and score improvement strategies.
- Must be comfortable teaching live on camera.
- Must have experience using a whiteboard/smartboard while teaching.
- Excellent and clearly understandable spoken English.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Confident personality with good presentation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with students by name during live classes.
- Willing to follow a structured teaching methodology and supplied delivery guide.
- Comfortable with sessions being recorded for promotional/marketing purposes.
Important Note
This is an on-site position. It is NOT a work-from-home opportunity.
All classes will be conducted virtually from our company studio in Chandigarh. The company will provide the required studio setup, including the camera and smartboard.
Candidates who have only conducted one-to-one classes, recorded courses, or slide-based classes without experience teaching live groups on a board/camera will not be considered.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced IELTS trainer who is confident on camera, engaging with students, comfortable handling large live batches, and capable of delivering structured and interactive IELTS classes from a professional studio environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
