Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (if applicable)

Industry Preference: Building Materials / PVC Pipes / CPVC / Plumbing / Sanitary / Construction Materials / FMCG Distribution
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to develop and expand the dealer and retailer network for Supreme Pipes and related accessories in Jhargram and Medinipur Town. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, dealer handling experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the dealer and retailer network.
- Appoint new dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Generate primary and secondary sales.
- Visit dealers and retailers regularly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect payments (where applicable) and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–3 years of sales experience in pipes, building materials, sanitaryware, hardware, electrical, paints, cement, or FMCG distribution.
- Experience in dealer and retailer network development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Familiarity with the Jhargram and Medinipur markets is preferred.

Knockout (KO) Screening Criteria
Reject candidates if they answer No to any of the following:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
- Dealer/retailer handling experience.
- Own bike and valid driving license.
- Comfortable traveling across Jhargram and Medinipur.
- Expected salary within ₹22,000–₹25,000 (or negotiable as per your budget).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years in channel sales.
- Experience in pipes, hardware, sanitaryware, paints, cement, electrical, or building materials.
- Strong dealer appointment experience.
- Good relationships with dealers and retailers in Jhargram & Medinipur.
- Target-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Stable job history (preferably no frequent job changes).
