Key Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B outreach to Australian businesses via calls and emails
- Generate and qualify leads, converting them into business opportunities
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and follow-ups
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and incentives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure effective communication aligned with international standards
Required Experience & Skills
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in BDE / B2B Sales / International Lead Generation
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience in international voice process preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
- Comfortable working in Australian shift timings
