We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A Manager to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance across the organization.
Position Summary
We are seeking an FP&A Manager who possesses strong financial analysis, business modeling, and strategic planning capabilities. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA Level I certified professional with hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business model analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze monthly financial performance, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, investment proposals, and expansion projects.
- Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Monitor revenue, cost, profitability, and operational KPIs.
- Partner with business teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and financial due diligence as required.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in FP&A processes. These responsibilities reflect common expectations for modern FP&A roles focused on planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnering.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA Level I qualified.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance.
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling/business model development is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
