The Academic Head is responsible for overseeing and managing all academic operations of the institution to ensure high-quality education and effective learning outcomes. This role includes planning academic strategies, supervising faculty, monitoring curriculum delivery, and maintaining academic standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day academic operations
- Ensure smooth implementation of curriculum and academic plans
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate teaching staff
- Monitor student performance and academic progress
- Conduct faculty training and performance reviews
- Plan class schedules, assessments, and examinations
- Maintain academic quality and discipline standards
- Coordinate with management, staff, students, and parents
- Prepare academic reports and improvement plans
- Implement new teaching methods and educational practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic management or leadership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to solve academic and operational challenges efficiently
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
