Key Responsibilities
Sales & Financial Performance
- Meet Sales Goals: Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze Metrics: Track performance metrics like conversion rates and basket sizes.
- Control Budgets: Manage operational expenses, payroll costs, and store profitability.
Operations & Inventory Control
- Manage Stock: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and stockroom organization.
- Reduce Shrinkage: Implement strict loss prevention strategies to prevent theft.
- Execute Audits: Lead periodic physical inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
- Maintain Visuals: Ensure floor layouts and window displays meet brand standards.
Customer Service & Compliance
- Resolve Escalations: Handle complex customer complaints to ensure brand loyalty.
- Enforce Safety: Maintain strict compliance with safety laws and labor regulations.
- Secure Premises: Oversee open/close procedures, cash handling, and bank deposits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of retail management or assistant management experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and MS Office.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kg.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
