Purchase Manager – Machine building & Machining Services (SME)*
- Own end‑to‑end procurement for Special Purpose Machine building and Onsite machining Services.
- Source and purchase specialised equipment, Raw Material ( Metal & Non-metal), cutting tools, instruments, welding/brazing consumables, rigging gear and PPE.
- Develop and manage industrial suppliers/subcontractors (machining, heat treatment, coating and other sub-contractors), negotiate prices and terms, and ensure adherence to technical and QA/QC requirements.
- Convert BOMs to timely POs, coordinate with Projects/Engineering/Stores/Finance, and prevent stock‑outs during machine building.
- Maintain approved vendor lists, track basic procurement KPIs and drive cost‑reduction and standardisation suitable for an SME.
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial or Commerce, 5–8 years’ industrial procurement experience, strong negotiation, ERP/Excel skills and high integrity.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Athappagoundenpudur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
