Front Desk Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, screen and transfer calls to the concerned departments, and take accurate messages when required.
- Manage visitor records, issue visitor passes, and coordinate visitor appointments with employees and departments.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mails, couriers, parcels, and other communications, while maintaining proper records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, conference room bookings, and related administrative arrangements.
- Maintain office records, databases, registers, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers for smooth day-to-day office functioning.
- Support HR and Administration activities, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, employee attendance records, onboarding documentation, and employee communication.
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS data, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Address visitor and customer inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards while maintaining confidentiality of organizational information.
- Perform any other administrative, coordination, and support tasks assigned by management to ensure efficient office operations.
Pay: ₹9,815.01 - ₹27,553.62 per month
