We are looking for an energetic, well-connected, and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who has strong experience in the Gurgaon primary residential/ commercial market, especially around Golf Course Extension Road, Golf Course Road, New Gurgaon, and nearby premium micro-markets.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to build trust with clients while converting inquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle leads and convert them into qualified site visits and sales.
* Conduct property presentations and accompany clients on site visits.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and channel partners.
* Follow up consistently with leads until closure.
* Maintain knowledge of ongoing and upcoming residential projects in Gurgaon.
* Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory, pricing, and offers.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

Candidate Profile
* 2–3 years of experience in residential real estate sales (Primary Market preferred).
* Strong knowledge of Golf Course Extension Road, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, SPR, and New Gurgaon markets.
* Existing network of buyers, investors, brokers, or channel partners will be an added advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
* Self-motivated with a strong passion for sales.
* Ability to independently conduct client meetings and site visits.
* Good understanding of premium and luxury residential projects.
* Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, Excel, and digital sales tools.
