Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with the back-office and sales team when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow up and close sales.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
