Job Summary :
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate CA Inter Level Faculty to train and mentor students preparing for the Chartered Accountancy Intermediate examination. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex accounting and finance concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach CA Intermediate subjects as per the ICAI syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
- Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide academic guidance.
- Monitor student performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep course content updated with the latest ICAI syllabus and amendments.
- Motivate students and help them achieve excellent examination results.
Required Qualifications
- CA Intermediate qualified (Mandatory).
- CA Final appeared/pursuing or Qualified CA will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of teaching experience for CA Intermediate students.
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and teaching ability may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong conceptual knowledge of CA Intermediate subjects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Good classroom management and student interaction skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching platforms is an advantage.
Preferred Subjects
Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following subjects are preferred:
- Advanced Accounting
- Corporate & Other Laws
- Taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxes)
- Cost and Management Accounting
- Auditing & Ethics
- Financial Management & Strategic Management
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on qualification, subject expertise, and experience)
