Telecaller Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases/leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years in telecalling/customer support/sales.
- Language proficiency: English, Hindi, and regional language preferred.

Salary
- Based on experience and performance.
- Incentives may be applicable.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
