About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Python Full-Stack Trainer to lead, deliver, and mentor learners in our upcoming Python Full-Stack Developer program. The trainer will be responsible for curriculum delivery, hands-on training, doubt-clearing, assessments, industry-oriented projects, and ensuring learners become job-ready.
Key Responsibilities Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging online/offline sessions on Python Full-Stack development.
- Deliver curriculum modules including:
- Core Python & OOPs
- Django / FastAPI / Flask backend development
- REST API development
- Frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue)
- Database concepts (SQL & NoSQL)
- Git, CI/CD basics, Docker fundamentals
- Demonstrate coding best practices with live examples and hands-on coding.
Learner Support:
- Mentor students on assignments, capstone projects, and portfolio building.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized guidance.
- Track learner progress and share performance updates with the academic team.
- Create a positive, outcome-focused learning environment.
Content & Curriculum:
- Collaborate with instructional designers to refine and improve curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, coding exercises, quizzes, and assessments.
- Design real-world, industry-aligned projects for students.
- Continuously update course content to align with industry trends.
Quality & Delivery:
- Ensure high-quality learning delivery with strong communication and teaching skills.
- Manage classroom dynamics and maintain learner engagement.
- Record training sessions (if required) for LMS content.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–8+ years of professional experience as a Python Full-Stack developer or trainer.
- Strong command over:
- Python, Django/FastAPI/Flask
- JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Frontend frameworks (React preferred)
- REST APIs & microservices basics
- PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
- Good understanding of deployment workflows (AWS/GCP basics preferred).
- Experience mentoring students or leading tech training programs (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, coding instructor, or EdTech mentor.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners.
- Experience creating learning materials, videos, or documentation.
- Certifications related to Python, cloud, or full-stack development (optional).
Soft Skills:
- Passion for teaching and knowledge-sharing.
- Patience, clarity, and empathy when working with learners.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging ability.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to learner outcomes.
