- Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing of metal components as per project requirements.
- Operate hand grinding machines and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Smooth weld joints and remove excess material to achieve required finish.
- Read basic drawings and follow supervisor instructions.
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE at the worksite.
- Assist welders and fitters during fabrication and installation work.
- 5 Year experience in grinding or fabrication work.
- Knowledge of hand tools and grinding machines.
- Ability to work on-site and in industrial environments.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
- Willingness to work in shifts / project locations.
