Job Description Role & responsibilities- Team Leadership & Revenue Ownership Lead, mentor, and manage the Revenue Generation (RG) team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, strategic planning, and continuous performance tracking. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement Take complete ownership of revenue generation by driving closures, improving conversion rates, and ensuring consistent achievement of business goals. Monitor team performance metrics and implement proactive strategies to maximize results. Sales Strategy & Execution Design and execute result-oriented sales strategies to enhance lead conversion, increase closures, and strengthen overall sales performance. Pipeline & Sales Process Management Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, effective communication, and a seamless customer journey throughout the sales cycle. Team Coaching & Skill Development Provide ongoing training and mentorship on sales communication, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques to improve team productivity and efficiency. Collaboration with cross teams Work closely with the Lead Generation team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads, share feedback, and align efforts to improve overall conversion rates. Performance Reporting & Data Analysis Track, analyze, and present key sales metrics including revenue, conversions, closures, and pipeline status. Use data-driven insights to identify improvement areas and optimize team performance. Customer Relationship Management Promote a customer-centric approach by building strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer experience, and encouraging long-term business opportunities. Market & Competitor Analysis Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen sales strategies. Preferred candidate profile- 6+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Generation, including 3+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue, closure, and conversion targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to inspire and drive team performance. Hands-on experience in sales strategy execution, pipeline management, and performance optimization. Analytical and data-driven mindset with expertise in tracking KPIs, sales metrics, and conversion trends to improve business outcomes. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms for efficient team and pipeline handling. Prior experience in the EdTech, Training, or Skill Development industry will be an added advantage. Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of thriving under pressure while maintaining a positive and energetic approach. Pay: ₹238,463.72 - ₹1,276,923.59 per year
