We are looking for a dependable and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will handle vendor billing, general office administration, and maintain accurate records using standard office tools.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Accounts
- Prepare and issue bills and invoices for vendors and suppliers
- Maintain records of purchase orders, bills received, and payment status
- Coordinate with vendors for billing queries and follow-ups
- Assist in reconciliation of accounts and basic Tally data entry
General Office Administration
- Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems for office documents
- Draft, format, and dispatch official letters, memos, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and communication
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and visits
- Support management with documentation, reports, and day-to-day tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred)
- Diploma or certificate in Computer Applications is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word — drafting letters, formatting documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel — data entry, basic formulas, maintaining registers
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime for billing and accounts entry
- Comfortable with email correspondence and internet usage
Personal Attributes
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannada
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and record-keeping
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Honest, punctual, and professional in conduct
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
