Science Faculty (Physics & Chemistry) – NDA Coaching
The Minerva Defence Institute is inviting applications for the position of Science Faculty (Physics & Chemistry). We are seeking experienced and dedicated educators capable of delivering high-quality instruction to defense aspirants preparing for NDA examinations.
Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Deliver concept-based lectures in physics and chemistry as per the NDA syllabus.
- Prepare study materials, notes, assignments, and regular test papers.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and monitor student performance.
- Guide and mentor students while maintaining proper classroom discipline.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in physics, chemistry, or any relevant science discipline is mandatory.
- Experience: Candidates with prior experience in competitive exam coaching will be preferred.
- Location Preference: Applicants residing in Dehradun will be given preference.
Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge with the ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Good classroom management and student-handling abilities.
