Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Valves
1. Generate Business from assigned Region for TTV- Groups range of products
2. Represent and Promote Brand in the region by introducing credentials and range to customers
3. Chase & Monitor Project requirements in the region through End User Regn, Consultant approvals
4. Visit customers for Pre & Post Order follow-ups, maintain cordial relations with customers
5. Improve Market Penetration in region by adding new customers
6. Ensure Orders within or beyond acceptable margin levels, terms
7. Support Dealer/(s) Techno-Commercially and monitor dealer stock, conduct joint visits with dealer
8. Divert small and urgent requirements to dealer to support dealer and manage factory load
9. Chase Pending Payments and Pending C Forms through follow-up visits to customers
10. Coordinate Pre & Post Order issues between customer and operations
11. Ensure Conflict Free Dealer business management by clear customer segregation
12. Support customer for ensuring timely offer submissions, docs approval, post sales technical failure of products etc.
13. Accept/Decline Offer Submission or Customer Order based on Scope Involved and/or Techno Commercial issues
Technical - Range, Valve/Actuator - Principle of Operation, Automation and Automation Accessories, Applicable Design/Dimensional/Testing Standards, Knowledge of Customers/End users Process and applications, Market Intelligence
Computer Proficiency - MS Office, Outlook
Soft Skills Focused Approach to work, Pressure Management, Selling/Negotiation Skills, Presentation Preparation & Conducting Skills, Linguistic Proficiency as per Region handled, Apt Organizational Behavior
Qualification: Diploma / B. E. / B. Tech / (MBA would be an added advantage)
Experience : 5 to 10 years

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
