Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, training, and motivation to team members.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and review team progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and close high-value sales.
- Conduct property site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Assist customers with home loan coordination and documentation by working with financial institutions.
- Ensure smooth completion of booking, documentation, registration, and handover processes.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
