JOB TITLE : VMC & VTL OPERATOR
LOCATION : CHINNAVEDAMPATTI, COIMBATORE
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 5 YEARS

JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced VMC and VTL Operator to operate and maintain machines. The candidate should have hands-on experience in setting, operating and monitoring CNC/VMC machines to ensure precision and quality production.
MACHINES TO BE OPERATED :
1. Double Column Machining Center
Bed Size: 3100x2000x780mm
2. Vertical Machining Center (VMC)
Bed Size: 1270x650x630mm
3. Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL)
Model: Puma VT1100, Swing Diameter:1270mm
4. Conventional Vertical Turning Lathe
Swing Diameter: 1400mm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Operate and set up VMC machines as per production requirements
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
* Load and unload materials and monitor machine performance
* Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, micro meter etc.)
* Maintain quality standard and ensure zero defect
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
* Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
REQUIREMENTS :
* 5 Years of Experience in VMC & VTL Machine Operation
* Knowledge of CNC Programming Basics
* Understanding of Tooling, Fixtures and cutting parameters
* Good Problem solving skills and attention to detail
