Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, achieving business targets, developing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure effective enquiry management and conversion of prospects into bookings and retail sales.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, corporate activities, and customer engagement programs.
- Monitor daily showroom activities and customer footfall.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for sales consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business associates.
- Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki sales processes and dealership standards.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of automobile financing, insurance, and exchange processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Compensation:
Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
