Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound Calling Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle enquiry / leads and engage with customers interested in our services. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing information, building trust, and converting enquiries into successful customer sales.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with enquiry / leads through calls and WhatsApp
follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service information.
Convey the leads to sales closure
Required Skills
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to build rapport on the phone.
Positive attitude with sales and conversion focus.
Basic computer knowledge.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate preferred.
12th pass candidates with good communication skills can apply.
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or similar roles.
Location: Bangalore
Salary: not a constraint for strong candidatr
Timeline: immediate joining
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
