Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day store and business operations
- Coordinate with sales team and assist in customer handling
- Maintain records of sales, invoices, and stock
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and vendor payments
- Assist in inventory management and stock updates
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for business tracking
- Handle basic billing and documentation work
- Support promotional activities and offers coordination
- Ensure smooth communication between owner and staff
- Monitor task completion and provide regular updates
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- 0-3 years experience in operations / admin / retail (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing systems
- Good communication skills (Tamil required, English preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vellore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
