Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, highly presentable, and proactive Personal Assistant to the Director who can efficiently manage schedules, communication, and high-level coordination while maintaining complete confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Handle emails, calls, and internal/external communication
- Coordinate meetings, prepare MOMs, reports, and presentations
- Manage travel, hotel bookings, and itineraries
- Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in business and personal coordination tasks as required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong personality with a professional and polished presence
- High level of ownership, maturity, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for extended hours / travel if required
- 0–1 years experience (Freshers with exceptional communication can be considered)
