We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Develop user personas, journey maps, and sitemaps to visualize user flows and inform design decisions.

Design user interfaces (UIs) that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and consistent with our brand identity.

Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to showcase design concepts and gather user feedback.

Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical requirements.

Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX design projects.

In-depth understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.

Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and user experience (UX) principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
