Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing system functionality and user experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the software systems that drive business success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with database management and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
