Server Engineer Responsibilities & Duties
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues
- Perform regular security audits and apply necessary updates
- Develop and implement server policies and procedures
- Collaborate with network engineers and other IT staff
- Manage server backups and disaster recovery plans
- Analyze system logs and identify potential issues
- Ensure server compliance with licensing and regulations
- Create and maintain documentation related to server environment
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and other staff
- Plan and execute server upgrades and migrations
- Ensure server availability, performance, and scalability
- Implement and manage virtualization solutions
- Configure and manage cloud-based server environments
- Conduct capacity planning and resource optimization
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
