Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate daily records of sales, purchases, payments, and receipts in Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, including tracking foreign inward remittances.
- Invoicing & Receivables: Create, manage, and send invoices, especially export service invoices involving foreign currency, tax treatment, and GST compliance.
- Compliance & Tax: Handle TDS calculations, deductions, filings, and GST reconciliation.
- Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) for management.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors and stakeholders for statutory compliance. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
