Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, disciplined, and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day operations of talent coordination. The ideal candidate should be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring smooth communication between talents, casting teams, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
● Receive and understand casting briefs, audition requirements, and brand collaboration opportunities.
● Draft and circulate project requirements to relevant actors, influencers, and talents.
● Follow up with talents to ensure timely submission of auditions, profiles, and required materials.
● Organize, review, and forward auditions and submissions to casting directors, production houses, brands, and clients.
● Communicate feedback received from casting teams and clients to the respective talents.
● Track project progress and maintain accurate records of submissions, callbacks, selections, and closures.
● Update and maintain the company’s in-house application and internal databases.
● Coordinate across multiple ongoing projects and ensure timely execution of all tasks.
● Keep management regularly informed about project status, pending actions, and important updates.
● Ensure all communication is professional, accurate, and timely.
Requirements
● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● High level of discipline, accountability, and attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines.
● Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Excel, email, and mobile applications.
● Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
● Prior experience in talent management, casting, influencer marketing, media, entertainment, advertising, or related industries.
● Familiarity with audition processes, casting workflows, and talent coordination.
● Experience handling large-scale communication and database management.
