We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join our hotel team.

Location: Angamaly / Aluva / Kaloor

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle room reservations and guest inquiries.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
Strong customer service attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in hospitality or front office operations is preferred but not mandatory.
