Job Title : Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our hospital. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, strengthening referral networks, and driving patient engagement through both offline and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote hospital services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and healthcare partners
- Conduct regular field visits to generate and manage patient referral channels
- Organize and coordinate health camps, outreach programs, and awareness initiatives
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media management and online campaigns
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent branding and communication
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
Qualification:
Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree; candidates with a specialization in Marketing or related fields will be preferred.
Experience:
0–3 years of relevant experience; prior experience in hospital or healthcare marketing is an advantage
