Role Overview-We are seeking talented and committed candidates to join our small but dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of high-end design projects, from initial concept through to final site execution. You will be a crucial part of a team that values quality, attention to detail, and a commitment to seeing projects through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Design Vision: Support the Principal Designer to design initial concepts based on specifications provided by the client.
- Oversee Technical Work: Develop ideas with the help of a team into detailed 2D blueprints and 3D models.
- Manage Paperwork: Handle project-related documentation, emails, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate on Site: Inspect construction sites and manage communication between clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Track Time & Budget: Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within the financial plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch./M.Arch.) or a degree in Interior Design.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 to 10 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end design work and a clear understanding of how sites work.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and high proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, Canva and Photoshop, or similar relevant tools.
- Design Aptitude: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing spaces.
- Commitment: We are looking for a candidate genuinely interested in long-term growth and making a significant impact within our firm, rather than short-term job changes.
- Location: Resides in or around Gurugram/Gurgaon or is planning to relocate to the area.
