6 Days Working - General Shift
Main Responsibilities Front Office & Reception Management
- Handling front desk and reception activities
- Greeting visitors and clients professionally
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and courier services
- Maintaining visitor records and appointment schedules
- Coordinating meeting room bookings
- Handling walk-in candidates or guests
Travel Coordination
- Booking flight tickets, train tickets, hotels, and cab services
- Managing director & employee travel itineraries
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handling travel reimbursements and expense records
- Negotiating with travel vendors/agencies
- Ensuring travel approvals and documentation are completed
Administrative Responsibilities
- Managing office supplies and stationery
- Vendor coordination and invoice follow-up
- Maintaining attendance records and office documents
- Supporting HR and management in daily operations
- Organizing meetings, events, and employee engagement activities
- Handling office maintenance coordination
Documentation & Reporting
- Preparing travel reports and expense trackers in Excel
- Maintaining employee travel databases
- Filing invoices, bills, and administrative records
- Preparing MIS reports for management
