Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-friendly Phlebotomist to join our diagnostics team on a part-time basis.
The role involves:
Ø Performing safe and accurate blood collection procedures while ensuring patient comfort and hygiene standards. Ideal for healthcare professionals looking for a structured, part-time opportunity.
Ø Converting inquiries to sign-up for Medplus Advantage subscription
Ø Upsell /Cros-sell Health Packages
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for routine and special tests
· Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and documentation of samples
· Maintain sterility and hygiene protocols during all procedures
· Greet and reassure patients, explain procedures, and handle queries professionally
· Prepare collection kits, maintain sample logs, and coordinate with the lab team
· Adhere to bio-waste management and infection control standards
· Provide support during health camps and home collections (if required)
· Update records digitally where applicable
· Promote MedPlus Advantage Subscription
· Up-sell / Cross-Sell Health Packages
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: DMLT / MLT / Phlebotomy Certification (Govt. or Recognized Institute)
· Experience: Minimum 0 to 1 year in phlebotomy, preferably in a diagnostics/lab setting
· Good communication skills in [English + local language]
· Familiarity with basic computer or app-based registration systems
Additional Details:
· Reporting To: Operations Manager
· Weekly Off: One rotational day off

Pay: ₹9,629.81 - ₹26,055.37 per month
