TechUnity is looking for a Senior IT Telecaller, who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, promoting IT products or services, building relationships, and achieving sales targets, while also handling inbound inquiries and resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities
· Outbound Calling
· Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote IT products or services.
· Identifying customer needs and offering relevant solutions.
· Building rapport and establishing strong relationships with clients.
· Following up on leads and nurturing potential clients.
Inbound Call Handling
· Answering inbound inquiries from customers, providing information, and resolving issues.
· Handling customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
Sales and Target Achievement
· Achieving sales targets and quotas.
· Understanding customer needs and closing deals.
· Maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Database Management
· Maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate information.
· Gathering and verifying contact details.
Communication and Customer Service
· Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
· Communicating effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
· Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Reporting and Documentation
· Maintaining accurate records of sales calls and interactions.
· Preparing reports and providing feedback on sales performance.
Technical Knowledge
· Possessing a good understanding of IT products and services.
· Being able to answer technical questions and provide solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Proven experience in making 50 calls per day and getting 2 appointments per week in International market preferably in the IT industry.
· Must be having a minimum of 5 years experience in TELE CALLING
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
· Proven skills and the ability to achieve targets.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues.
· Basic understanding of IT products and services.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer programs.
· Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,874.40 per month
