Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and Refresher Training
✅ Develop training materials and process modules
✅ Conduct assessments and monitor trainee performance
✅ Identify training needs and implement improvement plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months as BPO Trainer / Process Trainer
- Salary maximum 29k
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
