Key Responsibility :
- Inspect and test construction materials to ensure they meet project specifications.
- Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Review engineering drawings and ensure correct implementation on-site.
- Perform on-site inspections to assess construction quality and workmanship.
- Document and report inspections, tests, and any deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed quality control reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality failures and recommend improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within the civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and building codes.
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD).
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with project teams and contractors.
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
