Job Description:
We are looking for a young, energetic, and motivated Sales Executive to join our Pune-based team. This role involves a mix of office and field work, with a major focus on field sales, client meetings, and business development activities within Pune.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting our IT services, software solutions, SaaS offerings, and other digital business services to potential clients. We are open to freshers as well as candidates with some prior experience, provided they have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and identify new business opportunities
- Meet potential clients and conduct field visits across Pune
- Explain company offerings in a clear and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with leads and support conversion efforts
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and client requirements
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, and daily sales activities
- Support office-based sales tasks, calling, and reporting
Requirements:
- Candidate must be based in Pune
- Must be comfortable with regular field work and local travel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and professional approach
- Self-motivated and eager to learn

Preferred:

- Two-wheeler will be an added advantage
