About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 3-month contractual basis. The primary objective of this role is to support high-volume hiring across multiple business functions while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure timely offer rollouts and coordinate with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records accurately in the ATS or hiring tracker.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in volume hiring is highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Performance Objective
