Services Specialist, Account and Engagement Finance Services
As a Services Specialist within Account and Engagement Finance Services, you will own the financial analysis,
reconciliation, and engagement management controls for one or more project teams—preparing budgets and
forecasts, advising project leadership, and keeping engagements financially healthy from initiation through close.
As a Services Specialist, Account and Engagement Finance Services, you will be responsible for supporting one or
more engagement teams through successful management of the financial analysis and reconciliation processes
and the implementation of engagement management controls. In addition, in this role you will:

Support one or more project/engagement teams through successful management of the financial analysis and reconciliation process and the implementation of project management control.

Prepare budgets and forecasts to project and track financial metrics such as revenue, expense, etc.

Interact periodically with senior-level internal, and sometimes external, clients to present various analyses, discuss recommendations, and provide project financial advice.

Track expenditures and perform the client bill and receivable collection functions.

Perform and manage Project Management Office (PMO) functional tasks and perform day-to-day contract management activities.

Understand and utilize standard processes for project management, quality management, and risk management.

Contribute to the growth and development of the overall team through active involvement in one or more practice initiatives.
Our Account and Engagement Finance Services team works with clients to define project needs and delivery
methods. We use advanced financial and forecasting tools to give precise cost estimates. This helps us manage
project budgets and keep projects on track and within budget.
Qualifications
Required:
- 4 – 8 years of experience

B.A. / B.S. majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management

Minimum of 2 years of experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience summarizing results and producing management reports

Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills

Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines

Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
-
Experience working with a variety of contracting types (e.g., time and materials, fixed price) and billing scenarios

Experience in a professional services firm

Experience with MS Access and MS Project applications
Lifestyle / Travel Guidelines:

Account and Engagement Finance Services professionals work a minimum of 45 hours per week, and can often work in excess of that depending on need.

We expect that the majority of our professionals will reside within a commutable distance of their assigned office location in order to leverage the office facilities for project meetings, coaching and training sessions, collaboration, or working from the office when necessary.

All candidates must be willing and able to travel as needed for their clients; however, depending on staffing needs, most positions are in-office-based with limited travel required
Work Location: Hyderabad (3 days in office for the first 6 months of joining; from the 7th month, 2 days in office)
Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM
