Key Role and Responsibilities
Process Design & SOP Implementation
· Develop, standardize, and implement SOPs across functions to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
· Continuously review and update SOPs in line with business needs and industry best practices.
· Ensure adherence to defined processes through regular audits and governance mechanisms.
Stakeholder Management
· Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align program objectives and deliverables.
· Act as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams.
· Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Goal Setting & Review Mechanisms
· Facilitate periodic goal-setting exercises aligned with organizational priorities.
· Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings to track progress.
· Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
Automation & Process Optimization
· Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
· Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation solutions.
· Drive efficiency improvements through workflow optimization and system enhancements.
Traceability & Data Governance
· Establish systems and processes to ensure end-to-end traceability of operations.
· Ensure accurate data capture, reporting, and documentation across all process stages.
· Maintain transparency and audit readiness through structured record-keeping.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
· Lead initiatives focused on process improvement, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement.
· Utilize data analytics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
· Implement best practices and benchmark performance against industry standards.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
