- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
- Respond to client inquiries regarding services
- Follow up with existing customers and vendors
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Support customer relationship management activities
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Ability to speak politely and confidently
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
