We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to handle customer interactions, manage service requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Raise and manage service tickets based on customer queries/issues
- Follow up on pending tickets to ensure timely closure
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments/balances
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Update and manage data using Microsoft Excel (reports, tracking sheets, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
