Position: Manager – Sales
Location: Chembur
Industry Preference: Marine / Shipbuilding / Related Engineering
Age Group: 30–35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of marine vessels, equipment, and related services.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients in defense, coast guard, port authorities, oil & gas, and private sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and follow through to closure.
- Participate in tender preparation (both online & offline) in coordination with tendering team.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market intelligence studies and competitor analysis.
- Represent the company in client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Travel extensively within India to meet clients and close deals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 6–10 years in sales (Marine/Defense/Engineering preferred).
- Education: Any Graduate
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Other: Willingness to travel extensively, working knowledge of tenders, results-driven mindset.
