We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Software Product Sales.
Role & Responsibilities:
TWO YEAR EXPERIENCE MUST
* Handle and monitor the sales team performance
* Support the team in lead conversion and sales closing
* Boost overall sales performance and motivate the team
* Ensure each employee achieves the assigned minimum targets
* Guide the sales team with proper follow-ups and client handling
* Track daily sales activities, pipeline, and revenue growth
* Coordinate with management regarding sales strategies and market feedback
* Build strong customer relationships and improve conversion rates
* Experience in SaaS/software product sales will be an added advantage
